About Me

  • After decades in the financial industry, I decided to make a change and become a clinical mental health counselor. Initially working with clients in substance use treatment centers, I began recognizing the vast majority of people never had the space needed to grieve and heal from a lifetime of losses. Upon reflecting on and processing my own losses, I decided to focus on my practice on the universal experience of grief. If you need support, please reach out and we will move forward together.
